Common Sense of Label Printer
1. dots: dots are the smallest unit of a printed pattern. Gravure dots are different because of different plate-making methods, and the dots reflected on the plate roll are different: the size and depth of the dots change with the mesh formation; the corrosion dots change with the mesh formation, only on the dot size; the changes of the dot formation of laser plate are generally reflected in the dot depth.
2. Color: The color of an object comes from light. Most objects in nature do not emit light themselves, such as printed matter, flowers and trees. Their colours are produced by reflecting or transmitting the colour light of the solar spectrum. In nature, the three primary colors of light are red, green and blue, and the three different combinations of these three colors can form countless kinds of colors. The three primary colors of the pigments are blue, magenta and yellow. In theory, all the colors in nature can be obtained by mixing the three primary colors in different proportions.
3. Hard scraping and soft scraping: In gravure printing, the effect of different knife scraping methods in printing is different. Hard scraping means that the scraper is short from the supporting blade, the effect contrast is large, and the plate roll is easy to wear, which will have a little effect on solving the problem of unclean layout. Soft scraping refers to the longer distance between the scraper and the supporting blade. The effect is smooth tone and easy to produce fog. It will be helpful for the transfer of shallow web part.
Transportation and storage of plate rollers:
Protective measures should be taken in plate roll transportation, such as covering the surface of plate roll with a thick layer of corrugated paper, avoiding collision and bump in transportation.
Plate rollers should be cleaned first after printing. The residual ink in the plate rollers will cause chromium loss and plate blockage. Then coat the plate roll with a layer of anti-rust oil evenly, wrap it in soft paper (or waste printed samples) and place it in a cool and dry place.
Special attention should be paid to keeping away from acidic substances.
