What causes the unclear pattern of screen printing

For screen printing, the clarity of pattern is very important. It is very common that the pattern is blurred during printing. What is the reason for the blurred pattern in screen printing?



1. Ink diluent proportion is not mastered well. When printing, the ink dries too fast or the ink viscosity is too high, which makes the screen block. It is necessary to clean the screen or add appropriate diluent.



2. Printing pressure; it is possible that the printing pressure is insufficient, the speed of scraping ink is too fast, and the angle of the scraper is too large, which may lead to the falsification of the pattern. The printing pressure can be increased appropriately, the printing speed can be slowed down and the angle of the scraper can be reduced.



3. The wet swelling of the stencil is caused by the wet swelling of the stencil, which makes the pattern thinner and weaker. Therefore, after the wet shadow is finished, the stencil must be dried quickly to reduce the wet swelling of the stencil.



4. The poor combination of printing material and ink, the poor matching relationship between ink and substrate, or improper treatment of printing surface, may make the poor combination of ink and substrate surface, resulting in the falsification of the pattern.
